Call for Papers

NIJEF is an international journal which is published by the Department of Arts and Social Sciences Education, University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria. The journal publishes well researched papers/articles on all issues using multi-dimensional approaches to the conduct of research and enquiry including theoretical, empirical and experimental in the following areas of Educational Research, Social Sciences Education (Economics Education, Geography Education, Political Science Education, Account Education, Social Studies Education), Language Education (Arabic, English, French, Mother Tongue), Arts Education (History, Christian religion, Islamic Religion) ad Foundations of Education (History of Education, Comparative Education, Philosophy of Education, Educational Psychology, Nursery and Primary Education, Sociology of Education).

Research articles written in English or French are therefore invited from interested Scholars and Researchers in the Academic Community and other establishments for publication in the Nigerian Journal of Educational Foundations.

Manuscript
Manuscript should be submitted as attachment to . Manuscripts should not be more than 5000 words. Authors are encouraged to describe findings in terms intelligible to the non-professional/expert readers. The title page should contain:

• The Title of the Article
• Name(s)
• Qualification(s)
• Status/Rank and
• Affiliation of the Author(s)

Format
No single article need include all the following parts. The type of article and subject covered will determine which to include.
TITLE
ABSTRACT: Usually 200-250 words to summarise main points
KEYWORDS: Usually 4-6 keywords are required
INTRODUCTION: The author should introduce to prepare the readers for the content.
MAIN BODY: May include subtitle, artwork, photos etc
CONCLUSION: Assessment of result or restatement of points in introduction
REFERENCE: Use author/date citation method. Include complete publication information. Standard is the APA Manual style 5th ed., The Amrican Psychological Association, Washington, DC.

All  manuscript will be peer reviewed by experts to ensure accuracy and relevance. Based on the reviewers recommendation, a manuscript may be reviewed by the author before final acceptance. All submission of manuscripts should be made to
